"WE BOOKED INTO THE DOUBLETREE HILTON IN EALING BECAUSE OF ITS PROXIMITY TO PITZHANGER MANOR WHERE THE ANTIQUES ROADSHOW WAS FILMING. IT EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS & WAS SUPERB. EASY PARKING, COMFORTABLE CLEAN ROOM, VERY VERY GOOD SERVICE & DELICIOUS FOOD. THE MAITRE D' WAS A CHARMING & VERY HELPFUL MAN WHO RUSTLED UP BREAKFAST EVEN THOUGH WE WERE TOO LATE. ALL IN ALL A VERY EASY, COMFORTABLE, HIGH STANDARD OF HOTEL. "

"If you’re a tourist who is looking for an affordable place to sleep and an easy way to get around London, I doubt if it gets better than this hotel. I loved it. The staff was kind, the tube was literally around 30-40 steps away, the line was a major line, and they fed me a great breakfast (included in the price) every day. There are definitely fancier places to rest your head, but this place did a great job of combining quality, reasonable cost, and convenience. "

"On arrival, -5 Hrs. earlier than check in. Front counter lady try to accommodate us best possible at a rate of 10 pounds per hour (3 Hrs. before checking in). Considering that we have patronized "Best Western" worldwide. I expected a little better than that... Thank you for what you were able to help us with. A courtesy watter bottle would be great next time..."

"I've attended this property to host professional events a few times and the staff and venue are always very helpful and friendly. This was the first time we stayed here in one of the suites, which was absolutely sublime and perfect for our needs. It was clean and comfortable with great facilities. The only slight criticism I'd have is that if there is an event on the noise carries into the rooms and can be disruptive until late. I understand that commercially it's a balance in keeping guests and those hosting private events happy but maybe knock the sound down a little? Overall a fantastic stay and the food is excellent!"
