"This hotel was in walking distance to the train and the bus station. Walking distance to shopping and to alot of great pubs. Would definitely recommend the hop-on hop-off bus to see Glasgow and Edinburgh, as for the hotel itself, checking in was a little hard , the hotel was good. Food was good. Can improve in the room. We had no heat for the week we were there, could use a min fridge ,and cups for the bathroom, and a suitcase stand, over all mold was in the bathroom and by the window."

PROS: Beds are very comfortable. Cleaning staff very accommodating and friendly."

The hotel exterior is much in need of repainting and the interior needs a complete refurbishment as the carpets are dirty and stained, the bed was uncomfortable and the...
