"Great location with easy access to Gare du Nord and short walk to metro/bus stops. Building is older (which is expected in Paris) but doorknob to room was pretty wobbly and there was no peephole. Also uses a traditional key rather than a keycard. Breakfast was good but minimal. Staff/desk clerks were always very nice and helpful. Overall good stay."

"Incredible spa, great breakfast, helpful, welcoming staff."

"Room was clean. Staff super friendly. Nooma and the front desk was amazing!"

"I thought there was a funny smell to the room."

"This hotel is not well maintained. Each room has something off with it (we stayed in three rooms over the course of a week). One had construction going on next door so we had to insist on being moved to another room, which the staff were resistant to for a while. Once moved to a smaller room away from the noise, we discovered the tiny bathroom had a putrid smell of sewage, likely coming from the toilet or sink drain. Either way, the positive of the hotel is the convenient location by the train...

"It was more okay. The street didn’t feel overly dangerous, but there is a homeless camp in the alley. Everything felt dated and the upkeep may have fallen behind. The felt like it had been cleaned well, so I was grateful for that. It would have been convenient to have late night access to the door, but I appreciated there was someone available on the coach in the lobby to open the door."

"Nice staff, convenient to get to different locations and clean rooms."

"Great"
