"Staff was great! Check in easy. Restaurant was great. Room was good. Ac was not v strong and it was 100 degrees that day. No fan and windows wouldn’t open in our room. But room was nice otherwise. Staff was what was exceptional they went above and beyond. This is a great hotel for lay over and flying in and out of Charles de Gaulle. Prefer though when not a heat wave."

"The staff was super helpful and pleasant. The food options at the hotel were very good and varied. I would just suggest updating the website regarding the shuttle pickup location at the airport and being more specific about how to access it. "

"Advertised Spa & Sauna which was not working at the time. General Manager did apologise and offer free breakfasts etc. The GM was extremely nice."
