"Beautiful apartment, really enjoyed relaxing there after a day of activities. The ONLY downside apart from the lack of parking lol, was I had dropped a can of hairspray that rolled under the bed. When I retrieved it, I also found alot of rubbish from what I assume was from previous guests. I disposed of it, no big deal. But if you're paying cleaners, I would be expecting them to double check little things like that. But otherwise the cleanliness was fantastic"

"This property was great for location, close to everything. The bedding configurations allow for large families. The communication between the property manager and myself was excellent. Although the property is near the road there is a fenced back yard which would make it suitable for young children. I booked this for family visiting from the North and it could not have been more suitable."

"This home is beautiful and very accessible to the town of Christchurch and surrounding attractions. My children loved the pool and the kitchen was very user friendly and spacious. The only complaint was that there were not many hangers in each room and limited towels. The showers leaked on the floor and we needed to use the towels to dry the floors and ensure they would be safe given that they were concrete and slippery when wet. "The property was well presented and aesthetically pleasing, However as senior citizens (both over 85) we did have some minor problems. 1. the lack of a dedicated loading/unloading area meant carrying our luggage quite a long distance. 2. The steepness of the staircase was bordering on dangerous. 3. The loose floor rug was a tripping haszard, so we removed it for our stay, only to find that it had probably never been cleaned underneath.
