"anything is great. Good breakfast！"

"We have no idea how this hotel was because Expedia cancelled our reservation that I made a month ago. No email, no text & no room. The front desk gal was cordial & called another hotel to secure us a room ."

"Great hotel, location, character, and staff."

"Arrived to check in and there were two Orkin man trucks and actual Orkin men going in and out of the hotel. (Bedbugs?) I walked into the front of the building and was met with the most horrific smell. I stood at the front desk and waited to be acknowledge by the three workers that were speaking to each other. None of them acknowledged me. I had seen enough and left the hotel, and am working to get my booking fee back."

"Front desk is understaffed. There are 6 managers who would not consider getting up and helping customers. Rooms are not cleaned in time, and whenever I asked for anything, they do not have it or cannot provide it. If you need a place there, just stay at Hyatt next door."

"The staff were wonderful, gym was great and so was the pool. Breakfast was great. Keep up the great job will definitely be back"

"We stayed in a suite and we're next to the elevator and you would not have known. The staff is amazing and friendly. We loved the breakfast option there was something different everyday and it was hot and fully stocked and kept us from hunting for a restaurant for the starting meal of the day....24/7 coffee freshly ground. I always bring my own bathroom essentials...they have Dove products I didn't need to unpack mine. Rooms were clean along with all the areas a customer would venture through....

"Clean inside and out. Grounds maintained. Staff very helpful and made sure our 2 rooms was side by side. Definitely would stay here again"

"Room was super clean and quiet"
