"The staff was super. Miss Ortiz at the front desk, Alice who checked us in. They were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Coffee was always available in the lobby and on thursday the Manager announced free laundry which was just what we needed. Highly recommend this gem hotel and will be staying there on our next trip to NYC."

"Everything was good outside of the parking. There were only 7 parking spaces for guest which was a inconvenience. When you got a spot you almost didn't want to move your car as you would have to park somewhere and walk back to the hotel. Outside of that the hotel was clean and staff was friendly."

"When you book a room, they tell you that they offer paid parking and free breakfast. One day before my arrival, I called to confirm the parking, and they assured me that parking would be available on-site. However, after a long journey, when I arrived, the front desk informed me that there was no parking available that day. They also told me to come for breakfast at exactly 7:00 a.m. or I would miss it. I arrived at 7:10 a.m., but they said, “Sorry, all the breakfast is gone."
