"Great location - tram right outside and 5 mins walk from main station and Little Tokyo. I'm sensitive to noise but rooms were very soundproof. Staff all very helpful. Only issue was the window was locked and had to get a member of staff to staff to open it, not ideal during a heatwave! Also kept ..."

"V difficult check-in process. Unable to load passport scan to the site and ended up checking in via a WhatsApp chat with the helpdesk. Room was nice but the fridge didn't work (which I only discovered after I returned from the shop with some milk, yogurt and juice - had to leave it out on the window ..."
