"My wife & I only had a brief stay at Regency but it was exactly what we needed & for a reasonable price. Comfortable bed, cozy room that was uniquely decorated. They provided several 'extra touches', such as a little box full of menus, pamphlets for local establishments & the owner's recommendations for restaurants, as well as a few snacks alongside tea/coffee. The neighborhood seemed nice, and we were close to many amenities. Finding parking was difficult as the streets were full, but there is a reasonably priced lot across the street that is free for at least part of an overnight stay. The only negative was that the room wasn't very soundproof (we were on the 2nd floor & could hear a lot of voices & walking around upstairs early in the morning), but it was a minor inconvenience. Overall, it was a great place to stay."

"A very nice stay. I loved the soft sheets and the size of the room. I also loved the friendly staff who were really helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic with a huge variety of very delicious food. Parking was easy too. We parked right outside. Overall a great experience. Will be very happy to come back. "

"We loved the quintessentially English Country House Hotel feel. Beautiful bedroom and comfy bed. Lovely breakfast. Very friendly staff. The bathroom was a bit of a tight squeeze. Would suggest lose the bath & put a bigger shower in! "

"Breakfast was very good with a choice of cereals, croissants, fruit juice and a cooked breakfast which was cooked to order. The entrance and exit to the hotel is very narrow so be careful. The swimming pool is about 12m long but is 2.5m at the deep end."

"Our family loved the house. SO well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen is a dream. And then: THE VIEWS. Even better than the photos. Incredible. But what really sets this stay apart is the warmth of hospitality and responsiveness of the hosts. Can't recommend Bella Vista highly enough!"

"The hotel had lovely features and warm friendly staff food looked lovely.. didnt have a meal through visiting family so had food elsewhere... did have a few pints in the evening great choices of drinks and the staff were lovely.. stayed in single room which was immaculate a huge beer gardenwith loads of seating. didnt have breakfast as left early to get back to wales... overall the hotel was great and.would definitely use this hotel again.. its a credit to to you and set in a lovely little village with another pub across the road a butchers and shop/post office... plus a small car park but plenty of street parking "
