When our car wouldn't start due to a dead battery, he called a friend to drive over to give us a jump (since the owner's car was a hybrid and he couldn't access his battery). The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lots of blooming trees and flowers. It's very conveniently located with a great cafe across the street."

"Hotels in New Haven are pricy and outdated. This one is the exception. It looks brand new, very contemporary design, and it is very well priced. The room was comofrtable and modern, I got a corner one with two windows, which makes it very bright. I also had a nice desk, very convenient for work. It is a little more far away from Yale, but it is worth the 10 minutes walk. The only thing I would have liked is to have free breakfast"
