"What a great place! Location, location. Located on edge of Little Italy with great restaurants and bars. Our favorite was Zenellis. Less than 15 minute walk to downtown New Haven with lots of dining options. Take in the Trinity Bar nearby- great fun! Furniture was modest but adequate. Great kitchen."

I felt safe as a single female - had my own parking spot, sensor lights outside around the property. 2 TV sets. Washer and dryer was a bonus! Kitchen was terrific. The rental is in a marginal neighborhood but the neighbors seemed fine."

"Great place to stay while our son was visiting Yale. Just 1 bolck from 2 well know pizza restaurants is nice but can make finding a parking spot a challenge at times. Although frustrating at times it would not keep me from staying there again."

I am a very picky person and I was happy. The host Marc was by far the best host anyone could wish for when visiting a city. Some minor things that we think your cleaner not telling like need to replace light bulb or tighten up your bathroom doorknob... Otherwise, it's wonderful stay.."
