"It was very conveient to be able to walk to the hotel from the train station on arrival. The staff were exceptionally friendly and service oriented. I was pleased with the size and cleaniless of the room. Glad there was extra blankets as Shimla does get cold. "The staff at the hotel were excellent, extremely friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Entering the room there was an odour issue, this was alleviated after turning on the AC for an hour or so, the following day the AC was turned off by cleaning and the odour issue returned again. Breakfast could be improved, both in terms of options available and quality of food served. The hotel also lacked amenities with no gym (even if basic). The room was advertised as a suite and appears relatively large in pictures however does not fit my perceived definition of suite and is instead a very slightly larger room. "
