"I loved this property. I was staying in town for a conference at the Hilton (4 min walk). Gregg and his staff did an amazing job at making sure we had everything we needed. Including breakfast before we went to the conference. the food they served at the restaurant downstairs was superb! Great location! I would highly recommend staying here. I will be back! Instead of entering the correct unit, I unknowingly walked into a permanent residence home. It was filthy and clearly not intended for gas – but worse I was trespassing. "Everything about this place was a nightmare. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The owners were very smug and didn’t want to address any issue we had."

"Pros: Check in & check out was easy. The apartment is right on a bus route to the National Mall/Smithsonian Museums, a 15 minute walk to the metro, 10 minute walk to a supermarket, and it's practically nextdoor to a restaurant. The location felt safe. The price was good. The kitchen came equipped with essentials. The on-site laundry wasn't overpriced (pro tip: bring quarters for laundry, it's coin-op.) The host provided linens, towels, and toiletries (and the towels were super soft & fluffy!)...
