"The staff was very hospitable. Front desk offered us the same rate as the garage to valet, very polite. We got a drink credit as well since we were not able to make the bar. We want to come back to see the rooftop bar St. Julip. The food at The Betty restaurant was good. We had an issue with one server but the manager was very professional and addressed all our concerns. Kimpton is a high quality chain!"
