"The property was very nice and even having our host present which at first I thought was odd actually worked out really well. There was a major plumbing issue ( which is why I can’t give them 5 stars); it was handle immediately and very professionally however, it did have an impact on the vacation. They were actively putting plans together to get it permanently fixed for future guests. If I go back to Georgia, I wouldn’t mind staying here again."

"The place is gorgeous a bit tighter than expected but we’re a big family so that’s on us. But the lake was comforting in a time when we were looking for something to help us relax. I was very happy with how communicative the landlord was. House has a ton of towels and all the appliances you could need. Saw a few deer in the mornings. Would absolutely stay again in the future. If you’re on the fence, don’t be afraid, it’s a great place to allow yourself some peace."

"The hallway smelled of weed, the bathroom door would not close, there were cockroaches everywhere, the mini fridge would not close because of a build up of ice. It was an older hotel and it has not been updated or maintained. It was disgusting."

"There were roaches in my room, and what apppeard to be rat droppings. The bathroom had pubic hair in tub and on toilet seat upon first arring. Housecleaners were asleep on benches infront of elevator."

"Dan was an excellent host. He was helpful and was always available when needed, even though we didn’t need him often. The property is in a great location. It’s close to civilization but feels very remote. If you like to jog or walk in the mornings, it’s a great locale for that. The house needs some updates, so be aware of that if you’re looking for something that’s super modern. But, if you’re living lake life correctly, you don’t need to be in the house much. "All good. We stayed out mostly. Just at night we’re we there. Need to fix the grill out back. Rusted out and no gas. Looked unsafe. Just in case someone gets their own propane tank."
