"I've visited Dunsmuir in the recent past, but my forst time staying at the Lodging- it was a wonderful stay. My companion & I were comfortable, the room was clean, spacious, and plenty of amenities (mini-fridge, microwave, coffeemaker); it was near I-5, so the hum of cars driving by was in our opinion ok ( we live near a freeway so that was a peaceful hum). Penny's Diner was awesome, too!"

"This was the most amazing and spectacular get away my wife and I have ever been on. Chris was amazing, so friendly and easy to be around as well as smart and well spoken. If I could have this guy as my neighbor i would move in tomorrow. The place is peaceful and tranquil and I wouldn’t have gone anywhere else. "My family had such a great time at this cabin. It was plenty big for the 11 of us to sleep comfortably and spread out. The family room was big and warm with the wood burning fireplace in the corner. The kitchen’s had everything we needed. We also loved the maps of walking trails that start out right at the cabin. It was a great trip. Our only wish would be for some snow next time."
