Folks at Dunsmuir Brewery were very welcoming. Beer was very good and Elk Burger even better. Be sure to check out Hedge Creek Falls - short hike right near town.

Local hikes, waterfalls, and gardens are easily accessible and should not be missed. A few good places to eat, but days and hours are limited.
"The property is well located, close to downtown and tourist attractions. Everything was clean, but the room's layout was a bit strange. They have plenty of space, but everything feels very cramped. It would be nice to have nightstands for all the beds."
"Wonderful cottage that is incredibly private (even though it’s below the home). Well stocked kitchen with good knives and appliances (something people tend to skimp on). We had a wonderful time here and look forward to coming back with our lil’ dog. Host was friendly and communicative- and we had our IRL neighbors in the other unit so it was awesome for shared dinners, drinks on the patio (coffee and wine), and game night. Dunsmuir is a wonderful little town and a nice escape from SF. Can’t wait to come back next year! "
