"The staff were very helpful, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was excellent. The only thing difficult was check in. They’ve got kiosks to check yourself in using your confirmation code. That is easy if you book direct through the hotel but because I booked through Expedia, I only received one confirmation code for my booking of 3 rooms (all under one reservation). Because if this I needed help to check in by a staff member who was extremely helpful. But everything else was great"
"We were very upset to find that the restaurant was not open and did not get told of this when booking and before arrival. It was very upsetting after a 10 hr flight to have to walk to another hotel to get a meal."
