"My husband and I loved our stay in this beautiful little cottage. The Cottage had everything needed for daily living and the kitchen was well equipped. Kinross is an amazing little town and the location is perfect. Dawn is a wonderful host. Highly recommend staying here! "

"This is the most interesting location we have stayed due to the age of the home and amount of property. It was like stepping back in time with modern amenities. We used this as our home base to visit Stirling, Edinburgh, and Glasgow. It worked out well. "After a long drive to get there it was lovely to dump the cases and get into the hot tub. The accommodation was better than expected and we both enjoyed our stay there. We were told that the drive was a wee bit tight but other than that, no issues"

"Great base to explore surrounding area.Might be useful to note that one of the double bedrooms is accessed through a smaller bedroom with two single beds meaning guests have to walk through.Otherwise great place to stay"

"Always know what you’re getting. Good breakfast and nice pub across car park for evening meals. Clean rooms. We had a twin room but only one bedside table between the beds. There was easily room for a small shelf on the other side. No need for plugs just somewhere to put phone, kindle, etc. "
