"Beautiful project, quiet and comfortable."

"This house was amazing! From the breathtaking Mountain View’s which you can see from every angle on the wrap around deck. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning and watching the sunsets. Bonfire and hot tub were fabulous well. The house was spacious and open. The house is located close to town of Pagosa Springs, which offers many restaurants, shops, coffee shops. Rosie’s pizza is a must! The Springs Resort with its many hot spring pools and views of Saun Juan river was amazing! Watching the sunrise from the Hippy Dip hot is something I highly recommend. Treasure falls is about a 30minute drive and well worth it!! We enjoyed our stay in this house and Pagosa Springs."

"We loved this home. So many thoughtful details were seen to by management such as adorable portable nightlight lanterns, a gift of coffee and wine, batteries, wood for wood burning stove, etc. Everything was very clean. The home was just as pictured, even more beautiful. Heads up if you want to fish, there aren’t really any fish in the creek but there is lots of good fishing nearby and great guides. Lovely linen bedding and beautiful furnishings. We stayed for our honeymoon and it was the perfect location and space. Pagosa had so many fun activities, baby hikes and great food. We definitely will be back! "

"This was our second stay at at this house. We rented this property last year as well. We like the room in the house, great view, good playroom for the kiddos and plenty of sleeping and bathroom space.The kitchen is sufficient and dining area has a large table that easily worked for the 9 of us. The internet worked fine.We were happy to stay again and strongly recommend!"
