"Wonderful home with wildlife views from the back porch multiple times per day. If you are looking for peace and quiet while still being close enough to town amenities…stay here! Great for couples and families without question! Large home but layout makes it feel cozy BUT the back of home windows make for the best view."

"First of all the adobe is historical and old! But redone in an extremely tasteful way! Exposed beams and a fireplace. We sat outside after 10pm and the star gazing could not be beat! We saw a shooting star and then we heard coyotes sound off - the whole mountain experience came together. In the morning it was coffee on the patio and we watched elk. We could hear the cows and saw the horses from the working ranch around us. All in all, a wonderful time!! Thank you so much!!"

"Our group consisted of 3 couples, all great friends. The views from this house are stunning. We absolutely loved having our morning coffee on the deck overlooking the mountains. So incredibly peaceful. The house had everything we needed, plenty of utensils, condiments, (pantry is very well stocked), games (played 2 rousing games of Trivial Pursuit), blankets, ect. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there is also a powder room right off the living room, perfect for comfort and privacy. The house is about a 20-30 minute drive from Pagosa Springs but the views, privacy and peacefulness made the drive absolutely worth it! We definitely hope to return sometime in the future!"

"This place is a little off the main road but extremely worth it once you’re there. The house is very comfortable to just lounge around all day in if you want but the best part is the outdoors. The creek and valley views are awesome - even better while relaxing in the hot tub. We had a blast staying at this house and would definitely do it again in the future!!!"
