"This property is absolutely beautiful! It has an incredible view of the ocean, easy beach access, and is very close to downtown Duck and the boardwalk. It was clean, modern, and cute. Checkout and cleaning instructions were quick and easy. The only thing I had an issue with was that there were no linens or bathroom products provided besides toilet paper. I was told by the host after I booked that we were expected to bring our own king sheets, pillow cases and towels. They do provide pillows and blankets but we ended up having to buy sheets since we don't have a king bed at home. There were also no shower or beach towels, no hand towels, and no bath mats. They provided toilet paper and one packet of powder dish detergent but no hand soap. I asked the host about the hand soap but did not get a reply, so we had to buy our own once there. Over all it was a great stay but I think at this price point sheets and soap should be provided."

"Nice place just across from the ocean, Has everything you need poo hot tub etc.Downtown Duck just a walk or short drive to all restaraunts and shops. Not too crowded aftert Labor Day Best part we had beautiful weather"

"I will start by saying that with EVERY beach house there will be flaws. So I’m not going to focus on that. We had a great stay above all else. The house stayed cool to our liking unlike other beach houses we’ve rented where the HVAC unit struggled to get even below 80 in the house. The pool was amazing and stayed clean. Same with the hot tub. The bikes were great for the kids and adults alike! The neighborhood is quiet and exactly what we needed. Cops had to go to a house below us for an altercation- but that’s beach life. There was a dog next door that barked some- however wasn’t disturbing to our peace and quiet. (And that house may have been a rental also). The go carts were an awesome bonus! We enjoyed those and touring the beautiful little town of Duck. I saw some reviews about the televisions not working- I think that’s an internet issue- however we didn’t address it because we didn’t go to watch tv. There was a PLENTY of room for our party of 10. Plenty. We all had the space to find our own peace and quiet when we needed the time to just chill. Kitchen was very nicely stocked. We did not use the coffee pots and bought one instead as the pots there were kind of dirty. Again- not a deal breaker at all. Host seems to be nice people- and were made aware of some issues- again not deal breakers for us. All in all- a great stay."

"Beautiful home with plenty of space for everybody to stay. House was on a quiet street and easy to find. Saw everything from butterflies to deer at the house! The code provided for check in never worked and we had to find another way into the house. Communication with the host was okay, when they reached out-they had a timely response back but we never received responses to inquiries prior to arriving about amenities at the house. Not a huge deal. Golf cart access, pool, and hot tub are all a huge seller! We had a good few laughs around the table outside!"

"Our favorite place to stay in Duck! The house is perfect for our group of four, it has everything we could possibly need and the location is perfect!!! Waking up and walking into Duck for donuts or bakery treats, coming back to sit on the deck with our chai, walking to the beach in two minutes is our favorite way to spend the week. The house is the perfect size and in the best location!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was one of the best properties my family has stayed at in the past several years we've been visiting OBX. My grandson even said it was his favorite house so far. Waking up in the morning was a treat to relax on the watch tower and see views of the ocean and feeling the relaxing breeze. The house had many nice added touches like a hammock and hammock chairs to relax in, a sofa by the pool, and the decks. There were board games and the tvs came equipped. The kitchen was stocked with enough pots and pans for many great meals. The house was extremely csummer. We sent pictures to 2 of our family members who couldnt make it and they were so upset the missed the fun. Overall we were extremely happy and it is a very short walk to beach. We hope to book again for next sumner."
