"This place is amazing, so quiet and cozy and direct access to cool hikes, and like other reviews it is not very clean inside or out. The cobwebs and dust are real and we had to rewash any dish we used as they were all dirty and there was trash and even clothing outside near the firepit/horseshoe ..."

The area has so many attractions that a stay of a week should be planned to take in all the sites.

Dining options are somewhat limited, but to be expected in a small village. Cascade Waterfalls, Navaho lake and lava fields are spectacular and very close. Bryce Canyon, Cedar Creek and Zion National Parks all within about 1 hours drive.

We were there Monday-Tuesday and were disappointed to find that two of the three restaurants were closed. We ended up eating at Aunt Sue’s both nights and it was very good, so it worked out fine in the end.
