"Loved that the place was right downtown at very reasonable rates. I wish they had a more reasonable breakfast room to grab a quick coffee and a small bite to eat. The restaurant was fine but pricey for a small breakfast."

"Staff was really nice"

"Shower water stayed in tub for a while before it drained Keurig coffeemaker did not work unless you held the pod top down. Property looked run down with the curtains hanging off the hooks by the elevators. I guess I just expected better"

"Room was large and very clean. Water pressure was bad! No drawers for your clothes if you wish to unpack and only 3 hangers! Don't waste your money on a room with a partial river view, partial is a stretch. Work space/desk is directly under the TV, not conducive to getting much done if you have to work while staying."

"Did not realize there are 2 Holiday Inns in Dubuque when I booked. Thought I booked the same one we have stayed at before that has a shuttle service but I did not. The motel is good just prefer the shuttle service"

"Overall, we had a great stay. Beautiful home with wonderful views. The breakfast was okay."

"The staff was friendly and very helpful. The 2 breakfasts we had were excellent"

"The places is older but clean. We stay here frequently."

"Location was the only positive thing everything else sucked"

"Breakfast was good but was the same each day. They only clean the room every 7 days........ They did have an EXTREME curry smell on one of the nights which was very hard to breathe Smoke alarm also went off one of the nights Had to get your own replacement towels, soap and toilet paper"

"A Nice stay."
