"I cannot begin to explain how amazing our stay at this hotel was. We were greeted with warmth, professionalism, kindness, and the most welcoming hospitality every day of our stay! Every single person working there between the day and nights shifts were so kind, attentive, and friendly. Communication for anything you need was so fast and done with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel for the experience, cleanliness, comfort, and incredible views of the pyramids from the rooftop! No complaints at all!"

"Difficult to access the museum. Tiny bathroom with shower door that stuck. Elevator has a mind of its own . Restaurant does not serve alcohol but a great view of the pyramids."

"The bathroom was a very good size, the room and bedsheets clean, breakfast and dinner buffet had plenty to choose from, especially for vegetarians. On request fries can be requested and vegetarian pizza. The staff were very accommodating and the location is in the upper end of the expensive neighbourhood. However, there is not many places to walk to, the location is next to a motorway standard road so you will need to get a taxi if you don't choose half board and do not want to eat at the hotel. Breakfast is from 6am to 10.30am and dinner from 6pm to 10.30pm. The location is away from the scammers part of Giza which is good. The taxi service at the hotel is very poor, the person wanted 40 us dollars for a round trip to Grand Egyptian Museum only 3 miles away and Uber charged 4 us dollars for a round trip. The gift shops within the complex are also a rip off. Overall we were there for 3 nights and really enjoyed our trip and would recommend JAZ pyramids Resort as a good choice."
