"Although the room was small, it was very clean! This is such a charming place and we loved staying right across from Old Faithful. The staff was wonder. We did an evening tour and would highly recommend that as well."

"The room was clean and staff was helpful anytime we asked. There was a very large bug on the wall, which one of the staff immediately removed for us. We would stay there again."
Mammoth Hot Springs & Cabins - Inside the Park

"This is a renovated 1913 hotel. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend ear plugs. They have done a beautiful job reviving this hotel to its original beauty but the walls are super thin. We had upstairs neighbors who talked, walked and moved like they were a heard of elephants up until midnight and then up at 6 am. Overall this place is beautiful and the employees were very nice."
Old Faithful Snow Lodge & Cabins - Inside the Park

"Very nice main building. Violinist playing in lobby, fireplaces going, everyone was friendly and talkative. Our room was tidy, but not as clean as it should have been. Carpet was stained, tile bathroom floor needed a good scrubbing. The shelves weren’t well stocked, they were out of a lot In The general store, bar and restaurant. But what they did have was I. Terms of food and drink was good."

"The trip was wonderful. You should be aware that it is upstairs. It is “over decorated “, but that was not an issue. It was well stocked with everything a traveler could need. The one issue was the internet service was not useable. All in all, we enjoyed the unit ."

"The room was clean and the staff was very professional and polite. We were there in July with temperatures in the 80’s, so no AC in the entire building made it pretty uncomfortable. It’s a pretty neat old hotel and I’m glad we stayed there."
