"Nice large room to stay and very convenient"

"Super clean and really nice lovely little hotel in Rolleston. Repeat customer. Coming back. Great value for money. Excellent for business travel."

"A comfortable spacious room for a weekend stay near family. Very good value for money."

"Basic but nice. Friendly, helpful check in, showing us where all the amenities were on our way to our room. Everything was reasonably clean and tidy. "Perfect location, clean room, lovely owner and free airport shuttle. What more could you want"

Budget friendly and fantastic amenities. Frank was...

"Bed and breakfast was great. I only give 5 stars if property is way above my expectations. "

"This is a cheap and cheerful option. Off the road and plenty of parking"

"Incredibly helpful and accommodating staff. Was perfect for what we needed."

"Lovely property"

"We felt so relaxed it was like a holiday on top of a holiday. The bed was the comfiest bed we’ve ever slept on! Sally our host was very warm and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again. "

"Lovely place to stay, staff are very friendly and helpful. Kitchen is a decent size also, very handy. Beds were nice."
