"We just loved our stay! Its a beautiful place! There was room for everyone. The rooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. Enough bathrooms and towels with no waiting. The kitchen was well stocked with all your cooking needs. Plenty of space to eat for a large crowd. We loved sitting out on the terrace with our drinks. A perfect view of the mountains and deer in the yard. Everything was very clean and everything worked well. Check-in was easy and appreciated after a 14 hour drive. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for peace and harmony."

"We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely rental home in Grottoes, Virginia for our daughter’s graduation from JMU, and it was absolutely perfect. The home is beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout, and the furniture is so comfortable—it immediately felt like a peaceful retreat.Its location was ideal: close enough to Harrisonburg that we could easily get back and forth for graduation events, but far enough away that we completely avoided the traffic and chaos that comes with a big university celebration weekend. It was the best of both worlds.Everything in the home was spotless, and all the little amenities made our stay especially comfortable. One of my favorite moments was walking the property with my stepmother, admiring the lovely landscaping and the variety of plants around the yard—it’s clearly cared for with love and attention to detail.The surrounding area is so quiet and serene, and we hadn’t realized how close it was to Grand Caverns—what a hidden gem! We’re already hoping to return and spend more time exploring all this area has to offer.Communication with the owner was outstanding—clear, prompt, and polite throughout the entire process.
