"Check in was amazing, one valet attendant came off hateful and a little rude, had issues with our TV not working properly and it took a tech almost all day to fix, bar staff was wonderful, help desk was not so informative, found out as we were going to bed on our last night, that there was a 4 floor balcony that we could have spent some time on viewing the city, sunsets, etc, no one told us about that, as for suggestions for activities , sites to take in communication was limited as we just winged it, check out was very fast and easy, for the price I expected a little more than what was received"

"Beautiful room! The artwork and quality of space was amazing. The big heavy vintage wood doors were beautiful. We loved the authentic adobe feel inside with visible straw mud walls. Amenities were great, too, with coffee maker and glass door fridge. The breakfast buffet (free) was delicious offering fresh fruit, French toast, bacon, eggs and hash browns. Also offering pastries and international breakfast options. Overall, a great place to stay! The only thing we missed out on was that the restaurant/bar was not open. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. "

"A last minute detour on our road trip led us to Santa Fe, and wanting to be close to the action, we chose Drury. The room was spacious, especially the bathroom. The food was tasty. The gym had beautiful views and the walk to Canyon Rd was easy. Only thing I wasn’t thrilled about was the required valet parking charge, which, unfortunately is becoming more common. "

"Lovely place to stay, though rough conditions of sidewalks (all around Santa Fe!) make walking a bit more difficult. I love the character of the room, quirky floors and artwork. The room had all the desired equipment - microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker. Bathroom and shower were a good size. The shower curtain needs to be longer; water seepage was common. The room needed more outlets by the bed. The TV was located directly above a small work table which was sort of inconvenient. A dresser would be helpful as well. Breakfast and seating areas are really wonderful."

"This is a great, quiet property set just blocks away from the Plaza. We enjoyed the access to so many things, the comvenience of leaving our bags at the desk, and also the fact that they held our check in until the middle of the night."
