"Very quaint hotel. The male members of staff were friendly and professional not so the lady who had checked us out before we got up. Her attitude was like chalk and cheese to the gentleman who checked us in . "

"Hotel was nice. Room was lovely. Restaurant staff didn’t speak English and food was good, but orders were inaccurate. Our room was “river front” but the view included a view of a few homeless encampments. "

"Our accommodation was apartment style. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living area. It's quite spacious and was great for us as we had our 2 grandchildren with us. It was very good value for what we got. The hotel is in walking distance of the Row casinos. Compared to other WorldMarks the pool is quite small. In general though a very nice place to stay - clean and smoke free unlike many other places in Reno. There is a game room and a fitness room and sundeck too."
