"roaches in pool area and pools and hot tubs were extremely dirty, brow water and brown white bubbles in hot tub. hard to get towels to bathe. no towels in pool area entire stay. floors were wet in room when we checked in. "

"The reason they received a one-star rating is because we were unable to use the TV in the front room. The remote did not work, so we could not change channels. The TV would only turn on and stay on one channel. Additionally, there was no remote in the room with the queen bed, so we had to get up and change the channel manually. We reported both issues twice, but they were never fixed."

" Has an excellent stay in the penthouse a being view , small thing like battery in remote which came right away , we has fresh towels and trash take out everyday . Dislikes : furniture in rooms need to upgraded , tvs need upgrade . Refrigerator leaks water , has ice maker in refrigerator but don’t make ice .parking: was great , also motorcycles friendly Over all enjoyed my stay !!! "
