"The building in general, the rooms and common areas, their good restaurant. All very nice and good. Located in the craziness of La Paz downtown yes, but once inside the hotel is an oasis of cleanliness and peace. Make sure you get a room facing inside, the one facing out was loud at night."

"Exceptional. We had messed up our booking dates and the hotel was so accomodating. The staff were just wonderful and we had a lovely breakfast and delicious dinner. We only had one night here as we had just landed in Bolivia. With the altitude change it was tough but the hotwl had oxygen tanks avaialable. We also had a lovley massage in their spa which was great after our long flight.. highly recommend! "
