The service was excellent, the rooms spacious and perfect for a traveling family of four, and the amenities were great (the infinity pool was fun for the kids and picture taking). The location and well-trafficked taxi stand just outside made getting to all major sights easy. The in-suite washer/dryer was a wonderful amenity after a week traveling in another city. I wish this hotel/apartment chain was available in every major city! So glad they partnered with Expedia so we could experience them in Singapore! Please expand! Highly recommend for anyone, but especially traveling families!"

"Amazing staff,ambiance,location,room etc. Highly recommend paying extra to stay in the pacific room. This gives access to the club room which includes breakfast, all day nibbles, 2hours of drinks ( the lime margaritas are outstanding ) as is the champagne, food , 2 items of clothing per person per day laundered and pressed, etc. The extras pay for the extra cost of the room and you get the luxury that accompanies it."
