"The location of the Central Loop hotel is perfect. It's a short walk from Union Station, where we arrived via Amtrak. We came to attend the Lyric Opera, which is also a short walk from our hotel. The staff here is very gracious and helpful. We dropped off our bags in the morning, and they have a good system to tag the bags for the afternoon check-in. We chose the Suite with Kitchenette which was very roomy and worth the modest extra cost. (If you bring in takeout food, be sure to bring utensils...
