"It was very convenient to shopping and restaurants."

"Mostly good experience. Matresses need replaced. Carpets need cleaned. The rest was all good."

"The owner of this particular unit H2 had not changed the air conditioning air filter in a very long time as it was filthy covered in hair and dirt in the air was obviously difficult to breathe in the unit itself. I called the service number they said they would bring out a new filter and never did even though I reminded them several times so we bought a new filter and replaced it ourselves at our own expense. Unhappy"

"Very good"

"will be be my branson location stay from now on out . basic older motel , been completely remodeled top /bottom . its the best remodel job i have seen ,floor , beds , new shower ,etc . it was the best paint job i have seen.. only drawback , very tight parking and of course almost everyone staying there had big vehilcities. for the price best deal ,they used to do breakfast ,wish they still did do some sort breakfast even doughnuts or simple fruit would have been great"

"The room was spacious and very clean. Bed was comfy, shower pressure was good. There was a table and 3 chairs, convenient when bringing meals back to the room. I'm an older female, was traveling alone and felt very safe coming back to my room after dark. The place is WELL lit. "We usually like the smaller hotels or Bed and Breakfast homes.... This hotel met all of our expectations for the personal touches and the breakfast service."

"Quiet, clean and a very good breakfast. Although there were many handicapped parking spaces, there was not one available for us which meant parking at the back of the building on a sloped lot as this is a hilly region."

"Always a comfortable and inviting environment, and the breakfast is delicious! We’ve enjoyed staying there many times."

"We had an overall wonderful experience."

"A great place to stay close to the attractions downtown clean well kept with very friendly staff very knowledgeable staff"

"It was a nice facility. We enjoyed the quiet environment. Shower heads could use an update but that was our only issue. Great couple refresh weekend."

"We enjoy coming to the Lodge of the Ozarks for the past 3 years. Great location, clean, great breakfast!"

"The tub/shower in the bathroom needs to be updated. There was mold in the caulk, and the tub at one time had non stick stuff in the bottom of the tub that was ripped out. Everything else was good, the bed was comfortable."

"This place was so clean! The staff was helpful and friendly. They seem to actually enjoy working there. And that feeling was consistent with every single interaction! Both the pools were perfect. The breakfast was adequate and plentiful. The linens were clean plenty of towels provided the location was perfect. Everything was nearby. Thank you for a great experience."

"My wife and I booked this Marriott through Expedia as a last minute decision to go to Branson for a day and evening. This Marriott Willow was excellent. The receptionist was friendly, professional, and gave us wonderful advice as to where to go for dinner and breakfast. The comfort of our room exceeded our expectations. Our room was very clean. We could also tell this Marriott was family friendly by the number of families we observed coming and going."
