"Everyone at the hotel, from valets to front desk to the restaurant were super friendly and helpful. The morning desk attendant on June 6 was especially ebullient and welcoming. I can’t remember her name, which is unfortunate, but she was the older of the two females this morning. This was a hotel we would return to if we visit Boston again. It was beautiful and very clean. The beds were comfortable and warm. The room was spacious and perfect for our needs. The breakfast was unbelievable! I’ve never had such good avocado toast! I can’t say enough great things about our stay. The only thing I would say negative is the elevator chime is very loud and can be heard from the inside of a room fairly distant. It would not deter me from staying there again. "
