"Well this is China, so no point expecting Western type of facilities. But the room was big, very big comfy and clean beds. No tea nor coffee, no breakfast nor restaurant as described and staff didn't really speak English at all. However, great location, just 80Rmb in a cab from PEK. Aircon worked really well and it was half the price of an equivalent hotel in more expensive cities.
