"Location, location, location! Great prices, rooms are clean. Not upscale by any means but it works and is right for the price!"

"Very quaint and nice stay, especially for the affordability. The young lady at check in was very sweet and helpful with all of our questions. The beds were comfortable and room clean. Only slight questionable moment was that the a/c unit took a while to cool the room and it was very hot when we got in. But once it cooled, we were feeling great! The cleaning staff was also very kind and even helped my mom get her bag to the car. Great stay!!!"

"Older hotel. Room had been smoked in previously so there was a stale cigarette smell. Only stayed for one night during a trip. Cleaning staff could spend a little more time in the rooms. Comfortable bed. Front desk service was great. Very nice people. "

"My room was extremely clean and well-appointed with a larger than average mini-fridge, clean microwave, newer coffee pot and a newer model large flatscreen t.v. conveniently mounted across from the bed. Speaking of the bed! It was a very comfy pillow top queen set with crisp clean sheets and a HUGE oversized warm. The water pressure was amazing and stayed hot as long as I showered. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip through Asheville! "
