"We wanted somewhere close to Mill Pond so our kids would get a great view of the fireworks and this location didn’t disappoint. We had a 10 min walk for truly excellent seats of the fireworks. The place was clean, quiet and beautiful. Friendly neighborhood and people. Only downside was when i tried to contact the owner (silly thing but a black widow in the bathroom), we never got a reply. Glad there wasn’t a bigger issue because of no response. "

"If you want to unplug a bit and get away this is the place. Very clean cabins. Kitchen had everything you need. Nice sitting area outside with a grill. Very quiet and relaxing with the Yuba River right there. Staff were extremely nice. Our dogs our now depressed we came home. Pretty sure they thought it was our new home. "

Fantastic location, we were able to walk downtown to grab coffee / breakfast / drinks with ease (about 12 min walk through the neighborhood). Really enjoyed the local festivities and small town atmosphere. "

"The cabin was spotless and absolutely wonderful—located in a charming neighborhood just minutes from downtown Nevada City. It was also a perfect base for visiting our favorite Yuba River swimming spots like Bridgeport and Oregon Creek, both about 30 minutes away. The hosts were incredibly trusting and provided clear, helpful instructions we could refer to during our stay. The hot tub was clean, and when paired with the enchanting grotto, created a magical nighttime atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!"
