"Beautiful property. Uncomfortable beds and this was the 2nd time staying there. Staff are friendly, so aren't. AC unit made a racket all night. Breakfast eggs are horrible. It was like rubber and honestly looked like a child's toy! Put a hundred dollar hold on my debit card and my bank needed an invoice from hotel showing we stayed there an order to release money, hotel refused stating I booked room through a 3rd party. Well they had no problem putting a $100 hold that clearly shows Berlin Grande on my bank statement, but wouldn't print anything for me. Very uncommodating. Unfortunately, we won't be staying there again. We gave it a 2nd chance. For $187 a night for Uncomfortable beds, and a not so great breakfast, it's not worth the money."
