"The room thermostat was broken, flashing bright light all night and making very loud noises. Could not sleep at all"

"No regular coffee in the room (just decaf and tea). Housekeeping knocked on the door at 10 (well before checkout…with a do not disturb hanger on the door). She did apologize, but it led us to go ahead and pack up and leave. Breakfast is a steep charge when there’s great food all over town. The room was nice though- clean and well furnished. Great location for anything in or around Mercer and downtown Macon."

"We arrived tired from a 17 hour road trip and the front desk employee was kind and helpful. However we were placed in a room with an absolutely filthy bathroom that had visible black mold growing in the shower. We asked to change rooms and found that the shower had a used washcloth in it. The third room we were placed into was slightly less dirty but the shower was growing pink mold around the caulk. By the time we got our children settled it was 2 am. They give you a lot of options. only thing is that the rooms needs to be updated. they are very spacious and roomy but updating will take it to the next level. they also need to switch to smart TVS And the rooms need better lighting."
