"The property is very well located. A good experience if you travel with Family and kids. The rooms are big enough and very clean. The staff is nice and friendly in the cafeteria. An opportunity of improvement will be maintain the pool and spa in better conditions, and fix the gate. I recommend this hotel if you plan to visit Redding and Shasta City. "

The room smelled awful, we left the door open and ac on for over an hour and it was still unbearable. The TVs didn’t work. There were people loitering everywhere.
