"It’s a Motel 6, not a Ritz Carlton so expectations are lower, of course. Although an older motel our room was in excellent shape. No glaring issues; microwave, mini-fridge, paint, plumbing, doors, but like pretty much like most motels of its generation, electric outlets are lacking. Nothing bedside (same thing in the South Eugene Motel 6 BTW). We made due but still a bit annoying with all the electronics needing charging on hotel/motel nights. A bonus is there is a Black Bear Diner within a 75’ walk, very convenient. Also a Safeway and fast foods within very short driving distance On my list to stay again when passing through Klamath Falls again. A nice clean place with clean pillows and towels, at an except price!"

"Tiny soap bars that are hard to use, the bathroom light would shut off after some amount of time; not great when in the shower. Room was spacious, excellently equipped with a full sized refrigerator, the A/C was great, the bathroom was large and newly renovated. However, there were no hand bars in the shower, nor did the shower contain any shelving for soap, shampoo, toiletries. Need was very nice, room was quiet. There's a very good restaurant just of the parking lot."

"Amazing place, very neat, tidy and well-maintained property with much character and such wonderful hosts. Great breakfast and plenty of choices. Well stocked amenities, very inviting backyard, super comfortable bed and beddings, comforters and sheets. Great place to break tour or as a base central location to continue to Crater Lake, Bend, Lassen national park or Mount Shasta We had great night sleep and had a super breakfast and tips on surrounding and information available for local things to do and see."

"Nice little house, cozy and clean with a well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds and recliners in the living room. Quiet neighborhood close to good restaurants. John was very helpful and responsive, definitely recommend and close to Crater Lake"

"I was in a horrible accident and went to see family that lives in Keno but I can’t navigate their property in my current condition. Most of my family stayed at local hotels and they regretted it when they saw the beautiful house. The kitchen was well equipped we were able to prepare meals and eat together the scenery is amazing. We were running late getting there and they went and turned the lights in the heaters on for us which is a level of care I’ve never received staying anywhere. The art is beautiful the home is beautiful the grounds are beautiful I just can’t say enough what a magical place they’ve created. Everything was labeled which made it super easy to find things in the house. The renters communicated with me on a regular basis to just make sure we had everything we needed. I wish I could give them 20 stars!"
