"Terrible check in. Could not find reservation even thouth i showed email. Little communication and then guy dealing walked off. Said i had not prepaid. Booked a queen size bed, but got a single. A/C ineffective. Open the window and noise from train next to hotel and busy road. Plus side: other staff very pleasent and helpful with bike storage and use of fridge. Lastly, i cut my nose as i pulled shower door handle that is clearly broken and slipped as a result."

"Det var meget svært at finde Ritratti Sul Lago. Værelset var sådan set OK men MEGET småt, mimni-mini-badeværelset var adskilt fra værelset med et lille forhæng. Området lige omkring var ikke tiltalende selv om an kunne skimte Lago Maggiore igennem en hæk og nogle træer. 4-5-km længere op langs søen er der meget lækkert og naturskønt."
