"This is a tired property, there was a hole in the floor covered by lino. Things broken and cracked. Yes, perfect location for ammeneties etc. But in room 1, do not stay. Things are rusty, shelves missing. Bed you can feel springs. "

Next door to a pub but no noise from there. Wonderful fields opposite for walking my dog. Immaculate fixtures and fittings. Due to mobility problems I did struggle climbing into the property until I realised I could hold on to the round door knocker! Not far from a road but very little traffic; I struggle to sleep but...
