"Room excellent, had opening window for some fresh air, a good-sized single room. The bathroom was fine and an espresso machine was included in the price. The only downside was that the room opposite this one 724, either 726 or 723, had a door closer that was set too tight and made the door slam very often including waking me in the night. Breakfast was also superb with an excellent choice and service. It was good to go down the surviving art deco staircase to this. It would be great to see more...

"Great service, clean spacious room. The shower door opened only to the inside and therefore for a large person it was very difficult to use. Of course there was a bathtub with a shower attachment, but no screen. Suggestion: either replace the shower door with one that opens to the outside or put a shower screen on the bathtub. "

Also special mention to the young lady at the desk near the bar didn’t catch her name (with nose ring) very chatty, friendly & helpful. Food in rooftop bar was delicious. Room was clean and tidy and considering we were in the centre of Leicester Square facing the busiest part, no noise at all was heard in the room! "Brit’s Earls Court was great. We got the regular double room which is fine for two people if you don’t plan to stay in the room all day. It’s not very spacious if you’re bringing large suitcases but as long as you’re organized, it’s doable. The shower is also small. The shower functions as a function should - clean yourself and hop out. The rooms are clean! Room service comes in everyday to tidy up. Be sure to ask for extra toilet paper. They provide hand and bath towels but no wash cloths....
