"This was the perfect spot for a quick reunion for college roommates/friends. We even joked that it was a bit like a grown-up dorm room! This unit had everything we needed for a quick overnight stay. "Beautiful setting right on the Upper Iowa River. Very private. Very clean. This was a girl's trip (5 of us) and the sleeping arrangements were perfect. We are already talking about coming back. The only issue we had was no railing on the steps going into the house (even though it was only a few steps) and railing only on one side of the steps going to the basement. We had a couple people with mobility issues and had to be very careful. We strongly suggest getting railings in those 2 places. One...

Very attractive rooms
"Rooms are very attractive and clean. Coffee is excellent as are breakfast. I was bothered at first they didn't make beds and pick up towels. We stayed only 2 nights and i wasn't aware of the policy. We had plenty of towels so not a problem. Very quiet. "
