"The staff was pleasant and welcoming during our interactions. Our room was nice, but you could definitely tell it was previously used as a smoking room. The shower pressure was okay, and the pillows could use an upgrade. The floor/ceiling between the upper floors and lower floors is very thin, and you could hear the upstairs guests walking and running. The location is very central, which was nice. We were told the hotel is being updated soon with its purchase by Comfort Inn."

"The bathroom had toothpaste spray on the mirror, urine on the toilet base. One bath towel and two hand towels....no washcloths .I dried off using a hand towel. The room smelled very musty. The breakfast was good , scrambled eggs, biscuits , gravy, sausage,waffles, juice, cereal, apples and yoghurt and bagels and toast enough to satisfy anyone. Desk clerk at checkin was nice. No one was at the desk at checkout."

"I find the owners and the managers were very pleasant inviting, and carried on a conversation so I would definitely recommend here in West Plains. You’ll love it plus their son looks like a well-known actor who played David in the David and Goliath movie handsome man, and you can tell he was reared right!"
