"Beautiful views of the lake. We enjoyed the view from the living room, by sitting on second floor chairs overlooking the lake, while BBQ'ing and even going to the pier (walking in snow). Kids loved it too. Cabin has lots of beds, TVs pool table. Karen was most friendly and helpful. She welcomed us to their cabin and explained many important details over the phone. Everything is labeled inside the cabin , so you know where everything is and how things should work :) thank you ! Love to come back in summer. "

"We really liked the place. The apartment was great, well equipped and very clean. The whole place is beautiful and the lake is right in front of the condos, and the view is gorgeous!We were very well received by the people who work there.We would definitely come back!"

"The house itself was great. Loved that it had a lot of bedrooms with their own bathrooms and the bottom floor with arcade games and pool table was awesome. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Communication with manager was slow and disappointing. When one of our party arrived, the driveway was completely unplowed and they had to use shovels to clear the driveway. Then the door code did not work. When I called the phone number, it was not in service, but a message indicated a new number to use which finally got through to someone to help us open the door. When I tried the chat feature, it said something was wrong with Vacasa and it was not able to help. When we left, a party left something behind and when I messaged to ask if anyone had found it and could leave it outside for pickup, I got four stock messages not addressing my question. Like I said, beautiful property, well stocked (although manager said NO salt pepper or oil would be there so we had to buy some and lo and behold, there was some in the pantry), but incredibly bad communication in a stressful situation (closed highways, winter snowstorm, kids waiting in cars). Received no check out instructions so we did what we could (I guess that’s a plus?). Maybe a summer experience is less stressful. "

"We really appreciate the property management staff, who were very responsive whenever we called with an issue, which was 3 times, 3 days in a row. The biggest issue we had was the floor heater and it’s metal grate. My 21 mo old stepped on it and burned his foot. There’s nothing that blocked it off and the grate was very hot. There was a sign that cautioned heat, but it was not sufficient. I called staff and they were very responsive and brought over a new puppy gate to place over the grate and serve as a barrier to block people from stepping on it. This should have been there in the first place. Accidents can easily happen and even adults have stepped on it. The stairs are steep so we had to be extremely careful going up and down the stairs. IStairs are right next to the floor heater so that was also a risk.House was clean and prepared well. Bathrooms are extremely small though. I wouldn’t recommend this house if you have young kids (toddlers until age 6) because of the 3 sets of exterior stairs to get into the house, as well as the steep indoor stairs that don’t have a protective barrier/railing for support."
