"The building is an architectural delight and the gardens are very well maintained The staff cannot be faulted - from the wonderful reception staff, the restaurant and bar staff and the cleaning crew - all utterly professional, take pride in their job and oh yes it shows - what an impeccable stay."

"The room was spacious and the bathroom had a large walk-in shower. The reception area was welcoming and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Hopefully the restaurant will be able to open soon but there was a pub serving food less than a ten minute walk away."

"We booked two rooms. One was in the newer/refurbished part of the hotel and was of a noticeably higher standard though both rooms were the same price. The staff were all lovely and the breakfast was very good and served in the light and airy restaurant. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area."
Boston West Hotel

"Everything was pristine. The super-king bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a bath as well as shower. There was an extensive menu available & the reception staff was a delightful man. Downside was it was all a little tired & getting shower gel out of a rigid bottle is difficult for arthritic hands, but these are minor things. I spent a very comfortable night there and would be more than happy to use this hotel again."

"Whist only a relativly small modest building the staff, rooms and general standard of the whole set up is commendable. Would definitely use again .only downside no onsite parking facilities but plenty of alternatives. Thanks guys"

"It is very hard to find, the sat nav takes you on a weird tour, in the end I had to try a different way because the sat nav just couldn’t find it! The room was very clean as was the whole hotel. There is no check in desk which is so weird, I didn’t see a staff meme we the whole time I was there! The continental breakfast is nice enough but you have to eat it in your room as there is room for approx 3 people in the breakfast room!! Overall a very nice but very weird hotel!"
