"Like the laundry in the room"

"I was very impressed with the property and the hotel as a whole! Our flight got delayed and we missed a day and the hotel was kind enough to hold onto our reservation even though it was clearly a popular time for tourists. They also checked us in extremely late and treated us with kindness all the way through. The staff was always courteous, kind, and helpful in making us feel comfortable during our stay and also helped me with a broken dryer that I was trying to use, and never once acted like it was something that was annoying or too difficult. To top it all off, this hotel was right in the heart of Seoul and was perfect to go literally anywhere there! We checked off just about everything we were looking to do in the time we were there and it was in large part due to the centrality of the hotel's location. I can't recommend this place enough and I know that if we ever come back to Seoul, we will certainly look to stay here first!"

The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy to get anywhere. The hotel itself is in excellent condition, and most importantly, the staff are exceptionally kind and attentive. "Pleasant hotel with charming and helpful staff, great cafe and excellent rooftop restaurant. Breakfasts are mega. Wonderful kingsized bed, strange transparent glassed-in bathroom. Who needs to be seen in the shower or on the toilet?? On a hilly slope for those with walking issues, please note, but relatively near subway, and across the road from airport limousine bus. Many good cafes in area."

"A very upscale but still understated hotel consistent with the Westin brand. Excellent if you can get a good room rate. The service is stellar and the athletic facilities extensive. However the onsite restaurants are very expensive, even for a nice hotel. The breakfast buffet is very good but it better be since it’s 70000 won if not included in your booking! "
